Landmark Global provides one central storage location for all important documents for each client through the Mercury web portal. These documents are kept indefinitely on our secure server for easy access by the customer. We provide easy, 24 hour access to your contracts, terms and conditions, pricing addenda, setup documents and invoices.

All of our invoices to the customer are generated directly from Mercury shipping data to ensure that you only pay for the packages that actually ship. Both parcel and customs related invoices provide a great deal of information detailing each charge so you can easily monitor your costs. Our focus on transparency makes it easy to find any bottlenecks in service or bad-data charges from the carrier. Weekly invoicing is performed each Monday and is double-checked before being sent to the client by either e-mail or regular mail. These invoices are stored within Mercury and are fully searchable and sortable which allows for easy retrieval at any time.
